Shipping policy

We ship from our warehouse in Rochester, NY to all US states except California — we're working on that one.

 

Orders leave the warehouse within 1–2 business days. Standard shipping takes 3–5 business days and costs $4.95. Orders over $25 ship free.

 

You'll get a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.

 

If your package arrives damaged or goes missing in transit, email us and we'll make it right — replacement or full refund, your choice.
